Training

The Project is linked to the highly regarded Education Development Service within Education at Durham County Council. Through this service the Project provides In-Service (INSET) training for teachers on a variety of topics related to waste and resource efficiency. This training is usually undertaken at The EWE Centre.

As well as this formalised training the Project also carries out twilight sessions in schools as part of staff meetings for example. Sessions also include training for governors, non-teaching staff and interested parents.
